Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Growth.StartupRadar. By signing in, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Acceptable use
Use the product to research and reach out to funded startups in good faith. Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the shortlists. Do not use generated outreach to send spam, harassment, or misleading claims.
Account rules
You are responsible for the security of your Google account used to sign in. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Intellectual property
The product, brand, and content (excluding your resume and personal data) are owned by the builder. AI-generated outreach that you produce is yours to use. Company data is aggregated from public sources.
Disclaimers
The product is provided "as is". Fit scores, hiring signals, and generated outreach are informational and do not guarantee replies, interviews, or offers. We make no warranties about accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the builder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
Termination
You can stop using the product any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
